There are some posts here on fixing the bath, the outside and recomedations on the process of having the inside redone. This might help.Clawfoots are a good find and worthy of your time. We are actually looking to get rid of it. We have to rip the floor out in that bathroom and are planning on putting just a shower back in. I wasn't quite sure of how to figure out the value or the age of it.
