: : : We have a 5' skirted free standing tub. It is kind of a greenish/gold on the outside and white on the inside. I have no idea how old it is or what it is worth. I can't seem to find any writing on it anywhere. The house was built in 1918. Any advice?

: : I need to know what it is you are wanting to do with the bath? There are posts here that deal with value, skirted baths are not as prevelant and depending on your area might attract interest. There are some posts here on fixing the bath, the outside and recomedations on the process of having the inside redone. This might help.Clawfoots are a good find and worthy of your time. First and most of all. Enjoy the wonderfulness of a nice find!

: We are actually looking to get rid of it. We have to rip the floor out in that bathroom and are planning on putting just a shower back in. I wasn't quite sure of how to figure out the value or the age of it.

Let people here know where you are and what you wish for the bath, value is determined by a lot of different factors, I have written a few posts here on how you can find out what to sell a bath for, you can read those. As long as you get what you feel you need, let folks near you give you an idea what they can offer.
