My clawfoot tub is in pretty good condition, but it is painted blue on the outside, and I would like it to be white. It does not have any rust or chips. I have read the posts about sanding and painting the outside, and was wondering if I must sand all of the blue off before painting, and if so, what type of sand paper do I use? Thanks!
